gorgeous work, I love the detail! Everything is really well done, I am finding it hard to pick out anything for critique. Your value range is good, perhaps a few more dark darks would help, the blackest areas could be even darker. But I don't know if the photo has washed out the contrast a little. I do know that working with pastel on velour, the darks (and whites) can become tainted by the residue from other colours, usually it helps to re-establish the darkest and/or lightest areas at the end.
I like the way the flea-bit marks follow the growth of the coat. It's really well done, effective and realistic, except down the throat/front of the neck and the shoulder/breast area at the bottom, it looks less natural in those places, the flecks look more randomly placed, instead of following the direction of growth. Also the flcks on the face for example are so finely done, and on the shoulder they look bigger and less natural.

Also I feel the shoulder section at the bottom cuts a bit too strongly across the background - it would benefit from either less highlight, or maybe fading it out a little bit.

These are fairly minor points - overall it's beautiful, I love the face, both the shape and expression. The mane is lovely, and I like details such as the fine highlight down the front of her head to her muzzle, the whorl of hair on the neck, and the whiskers

Echt ein richtig schönes Portrait Rita !! Sehr sehrs schön ...so wuschellig um den kopp rum .. das einzige was mih stört ist die rosarote schnauze ...das sieht aus als hätte das pferd schnupfen XD aber machmal haben diese Pferde so rosa schnauzen
