"The bather of Valpion"

The interior is timeless, but the beauty of the girl has changed during the time Ingres lived (1780-1867).

Done for a contest at Pixelbrush, a classical theme, done with a modern twist.
Photoshop CS3 - no hours counted (but I know there were MANY)

I changed her spin into a light curve, made her slim, added some tatoos and earrings, made some of her hair pink and she got a piercing.

:giggle: Oh mein Gott, was ist nur aus der guten alten Ingres-Odaliske geworden?? Ein an einen Hungerharken grenzendes arschgeweihtes Mädel, das offensichtlich in einer Art Tattoo- und Piercingstudio auf ihre nächste "Verschönerung" wartet. Uff! :omfg:

Wow, das gefällt mir wirklich unglaublich gut! Die Dynamik der Figur, Faltenwürfe, Hauttöne... alles perfekt.
Vor allem finde ich beeindruckend, dass du mit Photoshop so einen "klassischen" look hinbekommen hast. Sieht aus wie ein Ölgemälde.

Ganz ganz lieben Dank.
Die Faltenwürfe waren nicht so schwierig, die habe ich ja eigentlich nur "abgemalt" aber mit den Hauttönen ging es dann schon nicht mehr ganz so einfach.
Aber auf ihre Schulterblätter bin ich schon stolz :D
Ich glaube die Struktur habe ich zum Schluss nochmal mit einem "gepunkteten Pinsel" drüber gestupft. Nur nicht wischen ;)
